Linares Launderia (Little Village)

Playful math learning is everywhere in this colorful space that invites children to compare stacks of clothes, match pairs of socks, sort clothes by size, create patterns using detergent lids, and explore numbers and counting on washing machines. Three custom murals created by a local artist invite children to find shapes, fractions and patterns within scenes from the community.
